The Lewis Pyramid Art Show, a celebration of artistic expression within the FCPS community, took place on Thursday, April 18th at Key Middle School. This annual event showcased exceptional artwork by students from kindergarten through 6th grade across all eight schools that feed into Lewis High School: Crestwood, Forestdale, Garfield, Lynbrook, Saratoga, Springfield Estates ES, Key Middle, and Lewis HS. Art teachers meticulously selected pieces based on excellence in craftsmanship, concept, and overall effort.

From vibrant watercolors and whimsical bobbleheads to eye-catching Pop Art candy wrappers, 3D paper creations, and cultural relief masks, the Lewis Pyramid Art Show offered a diverse range of artistic styles and techniques. Young artists also displayed their talents through charming clay animals, seasonal paintings, and more, making this event a delightful display of creativity and imagination. 

La exhibición de Arte Pirámide de Lewis, una celebración de la expresión artística dentro de la comunidad FCPS, se llevó a cabo el jueves 18 de abril en la Escuela Intermedia Key. Este evento anual exhibió obras de arte excepcionales de estudiantes desde kindergarten hasta sexto grado en las ocho escuelas que alimentan a Lewis High School: Crestwood, Forestdale, Garfield, Lynbrook, Saratoga, Springfield Estates ES, Key Middle y Lewis HS. Los maestros de arte seleccionaron meticulosamente las piezas basadas en la excelencia en la artesanía, el concepto y el esfuerzo general. 

Desde acuarelas vibrantes y cabezones caprichosos hasta llamativos envoltorios de dulces de Pop Art, creaciones de papel 3D y máscaras de relieve cultural, la exhibición de Arte Pirámide de Lewis ofreció una gama diversa de estilos y técnicas artísticas. Los jóvenes artistas también exhibieron sus talentos a través de encantadores animales de arcilla, pinturas de temporada y más, haciendo de este evento una exhibición encantadora de creatividad e imaginación.
