John R. Lewis High School football players come to read books to our 3rd and 4th grade classes.

Ms. Findley hosts Reading is Fundamental in our Library! All students in grades K-6 get to keep one free RIF book. There is a wide selection of nonfiction, fiction, graphic novels, and libros en enspañol!

Former Washington Redskin, Charles Mann, visited Crestwood Elementary to help celebrate Read Across America day. Crestwood students listened to Mr. Mann read a story and share his wisdom and life experiences. What a great day for Crestwood students.

On January 17th, Dr. Brabrand visited Crestwood. We gave him a big OWL welcome as he toured our school.
